John Kerr Mfg. Company warrants this product and parts thereof, to be free from any defects in materials and workmanship for twenty-four months from date of purchase.  This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser, when proof of purchase is provided.

This warranty covers only the cost of parts and labor required to restore the product to proper operating condition. Transportation and incidental costs associated with warranty repairs are not reimbursable under this warranty.

Components not manufactured by John Kerr Mfg. Company are subject to their original manufacturer's implied warranties.  Such non-warranted components include couplers, jacks, axle assemblies, brake components, springs, suspension components, tires, and wood floors.

No warranty is extended for damage caused by operator error in failing to torque tighten all lug nuts, check tire condition, braking abilities, and all other conditions associated with normal trailer operation.  No warranty is extended if trailer is subject to accident, abuse, misuse, negligence, improper maintenance, or overload, or has been repaired or altered without the express written consent of John R. Kerr, owner John Kerr Mfg. Company.  Additionally operator error in failing to properly attach the trailer to the towing vehicle as prescribed by federal regulations and hitch specifications shall void any warranty otherwise made herein.

Warranty service is available only through an authorized dealer or the manufacturer unless otherwise specified by John R. Kerr, owner John Kerr Mfg. Company.

Under no circumstances shall John Kerr Mfg. Company be liable to purchaser or to any other person for  any direct incidental or consequential damage resulting from the use of the trailer  or rising out of any breach of any warranty or any special or consequential damage of any character including, without limitations, damages or injury to persons or property or loss of revenue or any commercial damage or loss.

This express warranty is given in lieu of any other warranty either expressed or implied
